In the north-western part of Valencia. Vineyards grown at altitudes between 700 and 1.100 meters on mountainside plots. Due to the cool climate most vineyards are planted with white traditional varietals such as Merseguera and Macabeo.
Representing the geographical heart of the province, Valentino is a low-mid altitude area planted with traditional varietals (Merseguera, Macabeo, Tintorera (Alicante Bouchet), Tempranillo) and also some international grapes like Semillon, Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Low altitude area planted with the traditional Moscatel Romano (Muscat). This extremely aromatic white grape needs steady warm temperatures to express its huge potential. Moscatel area has produced for centuries our Moscatel sweet wine widely appreciated as a desert or appetizer.
