OUR WINES
Red Wines.
Today Valencia reds are a unique blend of traditional varietals (Monastrell, Tempranillo, Tintorera) and perfectly adapted international varietals (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon). Winemaking has swiftly turned over the last years towards the expression of personality through clean fruit flavors. Fresh straight unoaked reds and balanced mouth filling oak aged wines stand proudly among the top of Mediterranean wines.
Rosés.
Valencia Rosé’s are deep colored and intensely fragrant. Made by allowing several hours of contact between the skins and the must and fermented at very low temperatures, show all the range of aromas that our unique weather gives.
Whites.
Fresh, pleasant and easy to drink. White flowers and citrus scent in clean and crispy whites.
Traditional varietals (Moscatel, Merseguera, Malvasía, Macabeo, Verdil) are now blended with Chardonnay and Semillon.
Moscatel.
Sweet wine made from our unique Moscatel de Alejandría. An explosion of flowers in a dense, sweet wine. Moscatel from Valencia is a wine made for the pleasure of sharing a sweet cool drink before or after meals.
